What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.

We do not run user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry solely to respond to you and discuss how we might help. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services (and taking steps at your request before any agreement). We do not use your enquiry for marketing and we do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Contact-form enquiries are delivered to us by email rather than stored in a database on this website. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete it.

Cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used and improve it. These set cookies on your device. They help us count visits and see which pages are useful; we do not use them to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so won't stop you using the site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Email and we'll respond. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
