• How does your "pays for itself" guarantee work?

Before we take anything on, we assess the likely return against what it will cost to build and run. We only proceed when we are confident the work will save you more than it costs, in time, money, or both. If we do not believe it will, we will tell you plainly rather than sell you something that does not stack up.

  • What does a typical engagement look like?

We start with a short discovery conversation to understand the problem and what success looks like. From there we scope a practical, costed plan, build iteratively with working checkpoints so you see progress early, and stay involved through deployment and beyond.

  • How long do projects take?

It depends on scope, but we favour delivering useful capability quickly rather than disappearing for months. Many engagements reach a working first version in a matter of weeks, then build from there. We will give you a realistic timeline as part of the initial plan.

  • How do you handle our data and security?

Carefully, and on your terms. We work with your data only as needed for the project, prefer approaches that keep sensitive information within your own systems where possible, and agree data handling and confidentiality with you up front.

  • Do we need to understand AI to work with you?

No. That is our job. We translate between the technology and your business, recommend what genuinely helps, and avoid jargon. You bring the knowledge of your operation; we bring the AI.

  • What size of business do you work with?

Any size, as long as there is a real problem worth solving. What matters is the opportunity, not the headcount. If AI can deliver meaningful value for you, we are interested.

  • What if we are not sure AI is right for us?

That is a good place to start. Part of what we do is help you work out where AI fits and where it does not. An honest "not yet" or "not here" is a perfectly good outcome of that conversation.
